 What Does a Forum Moderator Do?

• Foster a sense of community, caring and responsiveness in your assigned forum. This can be done easily by getting involved in discussions, responding to posts (especially those no one else responds to), and offering your support.
  
  
• Monitor your assigned forum for abusive posts, unauthorized spam or advertisements, copyright infringements, any sort of harassment, and any other violations of our Guidelines. All moderators can edit and delete messages in their assigned forum that violate these guidelines (login first, then click on the "Edit" or "Delete" icon found at the top right hand corner of each message post). A good rule of thumb is to edit first, but if offenses continue, then delete.

 How Do I Signup to Become a Moderator?
Once you have familiarized yourself with Rusbiz forums and have read the guidelines, you have all the knowledge you need to be a moderator. To apply email to Rusbiz: info@rusbiz.com  with your username, tell us which forum you are interested in moderating and why (what qualities or experience you may have). If there are openings in your forum topic and your application is approved, the forum administrator will assign your username moderator privileges.
